Return, Refund And Cancellation Policy

Can I return, if my product is damaged / defective /missing part in product?
- Yes, Customers may notify us of any manufacturing defect or damages within 2 days from the delivery. We will replace the defective/damaged product with a brand new product at no extra cost. We will replace the specific product ordered.
- However, we will not return the product or replace with other product you want to order. Damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer are not returnable at all. Transportation & Handling charges, in this case, will be beared by Customer.

Return of Products by you
- We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are defective, wrongly delivered, wrong product, damaged during transit.

Will I get the refund if by mistake I have made the payment twice?
Yes we will provide you with the full refund of the amount you have paid by mistake. However, if the product was already shipped, then we will provide the refund after deducting the logistic & handling charges.
